Your kingdom is brought to life by a host of AI-driven characters. They are divided into two main groups: The Council of Ministers, who take your direct orders, and The Royal Court, who provide intelligence and counsel through special reports.
These are your direct subordinates. You interact with them by selecting their portrait on the left panel of the game screen and issuing commands in the chat box. Their actions directly affect the kingdom's stats.
Your chief military advisor. He oversees all aspects of your army and domestic security.
Recruit army
: Recruits new soldiers into your army for a cost in gold.Disband army

Review intel
: A flexible command to review intelligence files. You can ask generally (e.g., "list our reports"
) to get an index of all files, or ask specifically (e.g., "report on the Kingdom of Eldoria"
) for a detailed summary or comparison.Get effects summary
: Use this to get a comprehensive report on all active buffs (enhancements) and debuffs (afflictions) currently affecting your kingdom, including their location if applicable.The guardian of your people's well-being and satisfaction.
Invest welfare
: Spends gold on social programs to directly increase social stability.The zealous and incorruptible internal investigator of your realm.
Purge minister
: Attempts to purge another minister suspected of corruption. A risky action with severe penalties for failure.These characters do not take direct commands. Instead, they offer their expertise through special reports. You can summon them by clicking their icon within relevant game modals to receive a narrated briefing.
A wise and analytical counselor. He provides strategic analysis of the problems facing your kingdom.
Click the Advisor's icon inside any Royal Memorial. He will summarize the issue and present several strategic options for you to consider.
A battle-hardened veteran who leads your armies. He offers tactical summaries of military engagements.
Click the General's icon inside the Battle Report, Dragon Suppression Report or Golem Engagement Report. He will provide an after-action report, analyzing the forces involved, casualties, and the tactical reasons for victory or defeat.
Your secretive keeper of secrets who operates in the shadows.
Click the Spymaster's icon inside an Espionage Report. She will provide a hushed, cryptic briefing, synthesizing the most critical intelligence and highlighting potential threats or opportunities.
A loyal steward responsible for managing a specific region of your kingdom.
Click the Local Lord's icon inside the Tile Information for any tile you own. He will report on the current state of his lands, including population, economy, and any local concerns.
As your kingdom grows, so does the temptation for your council. Each minister has a hidden Corruption Level which can increase randomly over time, especially when your treasury is full. A corrupt minister will negatively impact your kingdom in subtle but dangerous ways.
Only the zealous and incorruptible Grand Inquisitor can root out this rot from within your council. Use him wisely.
When your Courthouse reaches Level 6, you will unlock the ability to speak with the Chief Magistrate. This stoic guardian of the law keeps a close watch on the court's affairs. By conversing with him, you may be able to gain valuable, albeit cryptic, hints about which of your ministers are exhibiting signs of corruption, making the Grand Inquisitor's job less of a guessing game.
